  • Order Fulfillment: To process, confirm, and deliver your orders, including sharing delivery details with Shops and Riders.

  • Shops and Delivery Partners: Your name, delivery address, phone number, and order details are shared with the assigned Shop and Rider to fulfill your order. This is necessary for service delivery.
  • Payment Gateway: Transaction-related data is shared with Razorpay for payment processing. Razorpay operates under strict PCI-DSS compliance standards.
  • Service Providers: We may share data with analytics, hosting, and communication service providers who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
